Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the QuizScan AI application ("the App", "the Service") created by Byteform.

By accessing or using QuizScan AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account to use QuizScan AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the App

QuizScan AI allows you to upload files (PDFs, images, documents) or paste study material to generate AI-powered quiz sessions. You may take multiple attempts, track your time, and review your results.

You agree not to upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

QuizScan AI offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription basis. Pro subscriptions unlock additional features and higher usage limits.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform.

4. AI-Generated Content

Quiz questions and answers are generated by AI based on the content you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. QuizScan AI is intended as a study aid and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth.

5. No Warranty

QuizScan AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will function without interruption, errors, or data loss, and we are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated quiz content.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuizScan AI or Byteform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or study progress.

7. Privacy

We collect and process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to that collection and use.

8. Intellectual Property

QuizScan AI and all associated branding, design, and content are the intellectual property of Byteform. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant Byteform a limited right to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your quiz sessions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and may be communicated through the app. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
